As 2021 comes to an end, we look back at the year to see how incredibly far we have come. StructureFlow has grown and the platform has developed at an amazing pace. We’ve had a 5x increase in revenue and 3x increase in customers across 5 continents. We’ve got 2500+ users!
We are immensely proud of the team. We’ve got double the people we had at the start of the year. We’re fundamentally a technology business – and we’ve hired some fantastic talent into our engineering team. But we’re also a people business. We’ve learnt that it’s absolutely vital to build strong relationships, to win customers’ trust, to treat them as they deserve to be treated. Our Growth and Customer Success teams have done an outstanding job. And it’s getting noticed.

We were selected for a second time to take part in Fuse’s cohort at Allen & Overy, helping to pioneer tech incubation and innovation through collaboration. Following a successful pilot, Slaughter and May requested a firm wide implementation of our platform. We are also now working with a third Magic Circle firm, and winning customers in additional sectors, including accounting firms and in-house legal and finance teams.
StructureFlow Application
Our software has also progressed significantly. We released 12 updates including enhanced collaboration functionality and document and data-linking, an iManage integration, super snazzy presentation generation and improved formatting and styling. Not to mention robust security improvements to keep our customers safe.

The Future
All this is just the start. We know what we are, what we want to be, how we need to get there. 2022 is going to be a massive year for us – nothing can stop us. Not a pandemic. Not competition. Because we believe in what we are doing, and we can see the difference we are making. As with our other best-in-class peers, we are helping transform the way the legal industry works and operates and interconnects, for the better. So, the lawyers of tomorrow are better-equipped, happier, more creative – than the lawyers of the past.
We’ve got some hugely exciting developments in store – not least our Next Generation Product, more on which will be announced next year.
