Sales Development Representative
Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our all-star sales team. You will take ownership of early-stage prospecting and work closely with our Account Executives and Head of Growth to establish the appropriate contacts and secure demos at to top tier, international firms. 

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven and someone who takes pride in being a key contributor in the success of the company’s growth strategy.  

As the face of StructureFlow - genuinely compassionate, strategic-minded, organised, profession and dedicated, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities and setting up qualified sales demonstration meetings for the Account Executive team. 

You will use your creativity to craft extraordinary customer experiences. Above all, you are client obsessed, metric-driven, and love navigating within complex organisational structures partnering with advocates to make StructureFlow the common thread that transforms their business. 

Responsibilities
  • Focus on identifying the most appropriate contact in customer companies, ensuring our prospect lists are accurate and up to date
  • Take responsibility for the initial stage sales cycle, reaching out to prospects by telephone, email and appropriate social tools
  • Book qualified demonstrations to be delivered by the Account Executive team
  • Make a high volume of quality calls and have productive conversations with prospects to share the features and benefits of the StructureFlow offering
  • Manage your time efficiently and ensure timely sending and follow up of sales collateral
  • Work collaboratively across StructureFlow teams to generate leads and ensure our customers are getting value from the platform
  • You will have a keen interest in emerging technologies and with prior, demonstratable success in a fast-paced B2B technology business
  • Thrive working in a small, fast paced team and enjoy working autonomously and provide prospect and customer feedback to the wider team is important
Experience
  • A minimum of 12 months experience B2B sales experience, ideally in the SaaS sector 
  • Consistently ranked as a high performer in your previous sales roles
  • Track record of high activity and proven ability to communicate effectively with professionals at top tier organisations
  • Love for teamwork and dedication to building a world-class product, together
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills both written and verbal
