Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team who can help us as we make the transition from small start-up to mature scale-up. We serve sophisticated and discerning customers so it is important that as we grow, we establish repeatable processes and a level of professionalism to match our customer base.


The Executive Assistant will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to help coordinate activity across our teams as well as providing some administrative support to help the SLT be as effective as it can be. The role will also work closely with the Head of Finance and Operations on HR related tasks and some office logistics.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the SLT with cross team coordination and diary management
  • Provide general support to the SLT including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation/facilitation
  • Maintaining the office calendar of recurring and one-off events including stand-ups, team activities and Advisory Board meetings
  • Liaising with some of our key suppliers such as our office space provider and our equipment leasing provider to help make sure people have the resources they need to do their jobs
  • Supporting the onboarding of new starters including clearance checks, equipment provision and assisting with general induction
  • Assisting with people related activities such as the monitoring of leave balances, support of our remote workers, access to training and scheduling of regular one-to-ones
  • Helping in the arranging of social events, parties, office lunches etc.
  • Supporting the Head of Finance and Operations with other ad-hoc projects

  • You have the ambition and determination to shape this role yourself – we will give you lots of room for growth.
  • You are honest, trustworthy, discreet, and ethical.

With bonus points for:

  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated applications
  • Experience of working with professional services firms such as lawyers and accountants (our primary customers)

  • Full-time position with an annual base salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience).
